SNRC Nursing Research Workshop & Conference 2024

Registration and abstract submission are now open!

SNRC is returning for 2024 as a 2-day nursing EBP/QI/research conference with skill-building workshop sessions. Both days will feature a keynote presentation, poster and podium project presentations and workshop sessions.

The theme for the 2024 SNRC Workshop and Conference is Inspiring a culture of inquiry. The program will guide participants towards developing a culture of inquiry in their organization, on their nursing unit and, even, for their own nursing practice. The workshop sessions will center around a daily theme which builds towards the overall conference theme. For Monday, April 29, the day's theme is Bringing people together to move practice forward. Monday's keynote speaker is Pat Patton, DNP, RN, who is the Chief Nursing Officer for Swedish Medical Center - First Hill Campus. On Tuesday, April 30, the theme will be Sustaining change in a changing environment. The keynote speaker on Tuesday is Mary Beth Makic, PhD, RN, CCNS, CCRN, FAAN, FNAP, FCNS, Professor at the University of Colorado College of Nursing on the Anschutz Medical Campus. 

Poster and podium presentations, selected from submitted abstracts, will take place on both Monday and Tuesday. You may register for both Monday and Tuesday, or choose one day which fits your interests and your schedule. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing Provider #14140 for 7.0 contact hours per day (14.0 hours for attendance on both days). For CE eligibility, participants must: 1) sign in 2) attend the entire day (no partial credit is available for the day) 3) complete the post workshop evaluation using the link provided at the end of the day.
